    The main objective of the study is to develop a Home Service Monitoring application that will help the UTELCO in distribution of installation and repair works, generating of service transaction reports, and to evaluate the installer and repairman performance that will improve the service and productivity of the company using the Android and Web-based application.

• Apply data sets to provide the daily schedule of installer and repairman for equal distribution of installation and repair works that will increase the productivity of work.

• Provide a service transaction form in the Android application where the installer and repairman will fill-out the data gathered in the home service.

• Provide a subscriber satisfaction survey in the transaction form to evaluate the works of installer and repairman that will help to enhance their work.

• Provide the transaction reports for MSI and FRM to monitor and update the status of finished, unfinished, and hold works in the Web application.

• Send and retrieve real-time service transaction data from the database.

• Provide installer and repairman profiling in the Web application which will analysed and measure the performance of installer and repairman.

• Show the statistics of monthly, and yearly transaction reports of installation and repair works.  and  satisfied and unsatisfied subscriber’s in the Web application
